TV SERVICE. TV service is provided to the apartment at no additional charge. TV signal may be delivered via cable or satellite feed depending on location. TV services can be upgraded to include premium channels for an additional fee. TV service levels, providers, and/or channel offerings may be changed during the lease term if such changes apply uniformly to all residents of the building containing the Premises.

TV SERVICE. (a) For Residential Customers this Service is intended and provided for non- commercial private communal household use only. Customer agrees that the service will not be viewed in areas open to the public or in commercial establishments, and that admission will not be charged for listening to or viewing the service. Customer also agrees that Service may not be copied, transmitted, reproduced, published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Station Service Seller shall be responsible for arranging and obtaining, at its sole risk and expense, any station service required by the Facility that is not provided by the Facility itself.

  • DNS Service TLD Zone Contents Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, as indicated in section 2.2.3.3 of the gTLD Applicant Guidebook, permissible contents for the TLD’s zone are:

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

  • Laundry Service If the Government provides a laundry service at the incident base camp, the Contractor may utilize the service at no cost.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • Food Service If the Charter School offers food services on its own or through a third-party contract, the Charter School may apply directly to, and if approved, operate school nutrition programs with reimbursement from the United States Department of Agriculture, under supervision of the Tennessee Department of Education.
