Transit Records. 7.6.1 CenturyLink and CLEC will exchange wireline network usage data originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future. The Parties understand that this information is Carrier protected information under Section 222 of the Telecommunications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. CLEC will provide to CenturyLink information to enable CenturyLink to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, operating company number, and state jurisdiction. CenturyLink and CLEC agree to exchange wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

If requested by CLEC, CenturyLink will provide wireline network usage data for calls originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CenturyLink's network, and terminates to CLEC's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Likewise, if requested by CenturyLink, CLEC will provide wireline network usage data for calls originated by a wireline LEC where the NXX resides in a wireline LEC Switch, transits CLEC's network, and terminates to CenturyLink's network when Technically Feasible and commercially reasonable. Both CLEC and CenturyLink will provide to each other information to enable CLEC or CenturyLink as appropriate to provide transit records on a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. Transit Records. 7.6.1 When Qwest or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future, the transit provider, upon request from the non-transit provider, will provide the non-transit provider wireline network usage data for calls originated by a wireline Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) where the call comes from a wireline LEC Switch, transits the transit provider’s network, and terminates to the non-transit provider’s network. Qwest and CLEC understand that this information is Carrier protected information under §222 of the Communications Act and shall be used solely for the purposes of Billing the wireline LEC. The non-transit provider will provide to the transit provider information so that the transit provider can provide transit records in a mechanized basis when Technically Feasible. This includes, but is not limited to: service center information, Operating Company Number, and state jurisdiction. Upon request from the non- transit provider and where Technically Feasible, the transit provider will provide the wireline network usage data as Category 11-01-XX.

  • AUDITS AND RECORDS 7.5.1 The Contractor agrees that the representatives of the Office of the City Auditor or other authorized representatives of the City shall have access to, and the right to audit, examine, or reproduce, any and all records of the Contractor related to the performance under this Contract.
