State Jurisdiction definition

State Jurisdiction means any state, United States Territory, or District of Columbia law licensing or attorney disciplinary authority, including the highest court of any such Jurisdiction, authorized to impose attorney discipline effective throughout the Jurisdiction.
State Jurisdiction in relation to a State, means the area comprised in the adjacent area under the State Act of that State;
State Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction and Laws applicable to the Site(s) where the Services are performed. Supplier means the entity identified in the Work Order as the ‘Supplier’.
