Student Records definition

Student Records. Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement. Service Agreement: Refers to the Contract or Purchase Order to which this DPA supplements and modifies.
Student Records means any information directly related to a student that is maintained by the school district, the State Board of Education or the Department of Education or any information acquired from a student through the use of educational software assigned to the student by a teacher or other district employee.
Student Records means those records, files, documents, and other materials that contain information directly related to students that are maintained by a private school or by a person acting for such institution and that are accessible to other professional personnel to facilitate the instruction, guidance, and educational progress of students. Information contained in student records shall be classified as follows:

  • All employees with access to Student Records shall be subject to criminal background checks in compliance with state and local ordinances.

  • Provider, on behalf of itself and its Therapists, further agrees to comply with all state and federal laws, including, but not limited to, the Illinois School Student Records Act, the Illinois Mental Health Act and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act, the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and all rules and regulations governing the release of student, personnel, and medical records.

  • Student Records 95% of Students and families served will receive a home visit or home visit attempt each month.

  • All information that qualifies as a student record under Family and Educational Rights Privacy Act and the Illinois School Student Records Act shall be handled by the Contractor in accordance with those laws.

Student Records. The parties may provide personally identifiable student records to each other in the performance of this agreement. Such records are provided pursuant to Section 1002.22, F.S., and 20 U.S.C.A. 1232g. Student Records means all records relating to individual students maintained by a school, but does not include notes or records maintained for personal use by a teacher or other person who is required by the state superintendent under §115.28(7) to hold a certificate, license or permit if such records and notes are not available to others, nor does it include records necessary for, and available only to the persons involved in, the psychological treatment of a student.
Student Records means those records, files, documents, and other materials which contain information directly related to a student and which are maintained by an educational insti- tution, or by a person acting for that institution. The term does not include:
