The implementation of the Transcription Services requires that Company be on the then-current version of the Hosted Software. Company acknowledges and agrees that VIQ will deliver the Services utilising its global workforce of employees and agents.

Transcription Services. General is transcription of audio or video recording proceedings included but not limited to, hearings, meetings etc.
Transcription Services. Medical is transcription of voice-recorded reports as dictated by physicians or other healthcare professionals. Unauthorized Acquisition is a breach of security of the Contractor ’s system. This includes, but not limited to: access to, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of unencrypted computerized data that materially compromises the security, confidentiality or integrity of personal information maintained by or on behalf of the purchasing entity.
Transcription Services. A. A transcriber must possess:
1) A minimum of three (3) years paid professional experience performing transcriptions.
2) Ability to type a minimum of 65 words per minute with 98% accuracy.
3) Excellent command of the English language and above-average. knowledge of punctuation and grammar.
4) Command of word processing software.
B. Additionally, persons transcribing Category 4. b) Law Enforcement Dispatch, Surveillance and Jailhouse recordings must have a minimum of two (2) years law enforcement transcription services experience with a law enforcement agency.
Transcription Services. Real-time is an enhanced stenography service, where instantaneous live transcripts are fed to a network of laptops within the hearing room, or to remote locations, with the fully edited transcript available within two to three hours from the end of the meeting. Real-time allows users to view, search, highlight and annotate the transcript of the meeting, as it appears. Xxxxxxx operates two real-time transcription software applications: Transcend and LiveNote. Xxxxxxx has seen an increasing requirement for summary transcripts and note-taking services, and employs a pool of skilled resource that could be made available to the Boundary Commission for hearings where this type of service is appropriate.
