Healthcare Professionals definition

Healthcare Professionals means (i) health care providers qualified to prescribe, recommend, or perform diagnostic testing for thyroid cancer, in each case who are authorized by applicable law to authorize, utilize, or prescribe the Test and (ii) any associated staff who need to be educated about the Test (including without limitation logistics related to the Test), including but not limited to nurses, laboratory technicians, physician assistants, and administrative staff.
Healthcare Professionals means all employees and all independent contractors of Company or PCs who are required by applicable Healthcare Laws to have a license, certification or credential, in order to provide healthcare services, as so provided for the operations of the Company or PCs.
Healthcare Professionals mean healthcare providers who provide healthcare services to patients.

  • External Stakeholders refers to the category of Third Parties who are external customers and other relevant stakeholders, including Healthcare Professionals (“HCPs”) and Healthcare Organisations (“HCOs”), Scientifically Trained Personnel engaged by the Company to provide Services, Public Officials, Patient Groups and other relevant public and private organisations and groups.

  • Each Party will maintain records and otherwise establish procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable Laws and professional requirements that apply to the promotion and marketing of Co-Co Product, including compliance with the PhRMA Code on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals.

  • Spectrum’s responsibilities for the Products include, as set forth in the Pharmacovigilance Agreement: (i) notifying Eagle in writing by secure e-mail or facsimile of information concerning Adverse Events (except as set forth in the next sentence of this Section 9.1(c)) within two (2) business days of the date first learned; (ii) carrying out risk management plan obligations in the Territory; and (iii) communicating information about Adverse Events to Healthcare Professionals in the Territory.

Healthcare Professionals means individuals holding themselves out as willing to deliver Healthcare professional Services to Partners on a self-employed and PAYE basis.
Healthcare Professionals means for the purposes of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS any natural person that is a member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who, in the course of his or her professional activities, may prescribe, purchase, supply, recommend or administer a medicinal product or provide healthcare services and his/her office staff, and any payer for PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS, including any national and local reimbursement authority or any other person considered as a healthcare professional under applicable laws and codes. PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS means for the purposes of this TERMS AND CONDITIONS any ORGANIZER’s or its affiliates’ drug/medicinal product, biological product, or medical device (including investigational products and irrespective of patent or regulatory status and/or whether it is branded or not), whether used alone or in combination, that is intended to be used on the prescription of, or under the supervision of, a HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, and which is intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease in humans, or to affect the structure or any function of the human body.
Healthcare Professionals means and collectively include entities both Government and in the private sector such as Healthcare Institutions, Diagnostic Centres, Healthcare Insurers, Medical Device Companies, Third Parties and other entities; and medical professionals and caregivers that are engaged in the provision of medical care, healthcare products and/or services to patients/end users.
Healthcare Professionals shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.
Healthcare Professionals means any person who by education, training, certification, or licensure is qualified to and is engaged in providing health care services to patients, such as physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, and any other person working for, or assisting such person in its professional practice.
Healthcare Professionals. (HCP) shall mean physicians and pharmacists based in Europe and exercising their professional activities there on a full-time basis as well as any member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or other nursing professions or any other person who in the course of his or her professional activities may prescribe or apply or lawfully trade in medicinal products for human use.. These include employees of government agencies or employees of health insurance funds responsible at such agencies for prescribing, procuring, supplying or administering medicinal products or deciding on their eligibility for reimbursement.
