Website Portal definition

Website Portal means the Client's personal page on the Company's website, access to which is secured by a login and password. This service is provided to the Client by the Company on the basis of the Client Agreement concluded between the Company and Client.

Examples of Website Portal in a sentence

  • You retain the option, via the Website Portal and the App, to attempt to accept or to decline or ignore a User’s request for Massage Therapy Services via the Footsage Services, or to cancel an accepted request for Massage Therapy Services via the Website Portal or the App, subject to Footsage’s then-current cancellation policies.

  • The Footsage Services, the Website Portal, the App and Footsage Data, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and shall remain (as between you and Footsage) the property of Footsage or its licensors.

  • You retain the sole right to determine when, where, and for how long you will utilize the Website Portal, the App or the Footsage Services.
