Tracking Systems. (a) The Parties will use PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS as the tracking system for the Product. Seller shall Deliver the RECs in an unretired state.

The Aircraft must be equipped with a tracking device that, at all times when the Aircraft electrical busses are powered, records the time and the position, altitude, speed and track of the Aircraft at intervals of no greater than 2 minutes and transmits that information within 60 seconds of collection to an electronic data integration system designated by NAFC.
