PJM EIS GATS definition

PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System.

PJM EIS GATS means the PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. Generation Attribute Tracking System or successor.

PJM EIS GATS means the PJM-EIS Generation Attribute Tracking System used to facilitate the issuance, transfer and retirement of RECs.

• RECs produced by the System and Delivered into the Buyer's PJM- EIS GATS or M-RETS account shall be purchased by Buyer at the Purchase Price indicated in the System Identification Form.

• Any RECs Delivered by Seller to Buyer’s PJM- EIS GATS or M-RETS account prior to the Delivery Term Start Date shall be deemed to be Delivered by Seller and received by Buyer at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Prevailing Time (“EPT”) on the Delivery Term Start Date.

• Each invoice shall include: (a) the invoice amount to be paid; (b) the quantity of RECs Delivered; (c) the Purchase Price; and (d) the PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS Unit ID, as applicable, for the Project.

• If applicable in PJM EIS GATS and/or M-RETS, Seller represents that the RECs have been designated as “IL RPS eligible” by that registry, prior to transferring the RECs to Buyer’s PJM EIS GATS account or M-RETS account.

• Proposer does not meet the minimum required skill, experience or other conditions or terms set forth in this RFP.

• The Parties shall abide by the applicable rules of PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS.

• Any RECs Delivered by Seller to Buyer’s PJM- EIS GATS or M-RETS account prior to the Delivery Term Start Date shall be deemed to be Delivered by Seller and received by Xxxxx at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Prevailing Time (“EPT”) on the Delivery Term Start Date.

• The Project is a new project such that the Date of First Operation of the Project as recorded by PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS did not occur on or before June 1, 2017.

• RECs with a Vintage of June 2022 are expected to be Delivered by the last Business Day of July 2022 via PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS and Seller shall issue its invoice to Buyer no later than August 10, 2022.

PJM EIS GATS means the electronic PJM Environmental Information Service- Generator Attribute Tracking System operated by the PJM-EIS-GATS Administrator to account for the creation, tracking and retirement of SRECs in the PJM “Control Area,” as that term is defined in the PJM-EIS-GATS Operating Rules.
