Theatre. Authorized overtime, immediately following completion of a regular shift, which is anticipated by Management to be 5 hours or less in duration, shall be initially offered to the employee assigned to the job on the shift. If the employee does not wish the overtime and the work to be performed is anticipated by management to be for more than five (5) hours in duration, the work opportunity shall be treated as a call-in. The employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one half (1 ½) for all hours worked subject to paragraph 14.03.
