CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 19 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served 20 pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes 21 of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein 22 specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.
