When the Company’s System Operations Control (SOC) personnel place telephone calls to Flight Attendants, they will first identify themselves with their name and department and ask to speak with the particular Flight Attendant by name. In such telephone conversations, both Company representatives and the Flight Attendants shall conduct the conversations in a professional manner.
