System Installation. The Customer System must have been installed at the Premises in accordance with the installation requirements set forth in the System Qualifications and the Program. Customer or its designee shall be solely responsible for the installation of the Customer System, including selecting a qualified installer and paying all installation costs and expenses.
System Installation. To qualify for participation in the Program, all Customer Systems shall be installed by or on behalf of Customer in accordance with the requirements set forth in Attachment A. Customer shall be solely responsible for the installation of the Customer System, including all costs and expenses associated therewith.

System Installation. Excalibur cannot guarantee how any Equipment, System or Services supplied will work with other equipment, systems or processes already used by the Customer unless a written specification of requirement is included in the Product Agreement.

Prior to the installation of any interconnected RRGS the customer shall first make application for Interconnection, execute an agreement (Agreement for Parallel Connection of a Customer-Owned Renewable Resource Generating System {RRGS}), and shall obtain applicable State and City of Gallup Permits.

Customer and Global acknowledge their mutual intent to install the Services as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event in accordance with the implementation schedule and milestones set forth in Exhibit A-1. Global will provide to Customer frequent updates as to the status of its installation efforts. Customer shall pay the conversion charges for such initial installation in accordance with Pricing Schedule B-2.
System Installation. (a) The System has been constructed, installed and maintained in a good and workmanlike manner in all material respects consistent with accepted industry standards and is, in light of its age and the use to which it has been put, free from defects, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and satisfies in all material respects the requirements of the Franchises, applicable technical standards and federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and orders including without limitation the Rules and Regulations.
