Contract Date definition

Contract Date means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated contract or a modification, the effective date of this contract or modification.

Contract Date. The date we received the initial premium and upon which we begin determining the Contract values. It may not be the same as the Contract Issue Date.
