Suspension of Contributions. (a) Participation in the scheme will be suspended during any period of unpaid leave. Any period of unpaid leave will reduce payments into the fund and therefore proportionately reduce the accrued payment in the year of leave.

Suspension of Contributions. In the event of a complete discontinuance of contributions to this Plan, the vested percentage of each Participant in his Employer Account shall be 100%.

Suspension of Contributions. Effective August 1, 2009, a Plan Sponsor may suspend or reduce Qualified Matching Contributions or Qualified Non-Elective Contributions for a period, as permitted in Treasury Regulations, for reasons specified in such Treasury Regulations, such as Plan Sponsors undergoing a substantial business hardship. During any such period such Plan Sponsor must comply with all aspects of such Treasury Regulations, such as compliance with any applicable actual deferral percentage testing during such period.
Suspension of Contributions. The Participant will be suspended from making contributions for six (6) months after receipt of the hardship distribution from all plans sponsored by the Plan Sponsor. Upon approval of a hardship distribution, MassMutual shall provide a feedback file to the Plan Administrator consistent with the client’s payroll cycle notifying the Plan Administrator of the hardship distribution. Shortly before the date the suspension is lifted, MassMutual shall send written notice to the Participant indicating that the suspension has been lifted and the previous contribution percentage will be reinstated. Participants can reenroll by calling 1-800-743-5274 or by logging on to the participant website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx. Changes will be effective as soon as administratively feasible once the suspension period is over.
Suspension of Contributions. GIZ and/or the ASEAN may suspend their contributions if: • Any of the Parties fails to fulfil its respective obligations under this Agreement or under any arrangements in respect to this Agreement; or • Circumstances, namely political decisions and directives, changes in political positions and priorities, but also natural disasters, arise which preclude, or place in considerable jeopardy, the objective of the Project described in Paragraph 1 above. If one of the circumstances described in Paragraph 4.3. arises and is not remedied by the defaulting Party within a time-limit to be agreed upon by the Parties (“Remedy Period”), the non-defaulting Party may prematurely terminate this Agreement in accordance with Paragraph 4.6. of this Agreement.
