Supervisory Allowance. Where an employee is temporarily required by the Employer to supervise a group of employees for one-half (½) working day or longer, they shall receive substitution pay pursuant to Clause 27.4.
Supervisory Allowance. (a) Where an employee is temporarily required by the Employer to supervise a group of employees for one-half (½) the working day or longer, they shall receive an allowance of fifty cents (50¢) per hour for all hours required to provide supervision.
Supervisory Allowance. (a) A supervisory allowance is payable for all hours actually worked by staff below the level of Job Grade 4A, when performing the duties associated with the role of Senior Pool Attendant.

Supervisory Allowance. Appointed supervisors will be paid a weekly allowance of $24.68 (for supervision of up to 5 employees at the same level) or $35.24 (for supervision of between 6 and 10 employees at the same level).
Supervisory Allowance. An employee appointed by the Company who, in addition to their normal duties, is to be responsible for the supervision of one or more employees will be paid a Supervisory Allowance of $19.40 per week in addition to their ordinary rate of pay. This allowance is payable for all purposes. The Company reserves the right to remove this supervisory responsibility and Supervisory Allowance from an employee at any time and for any reason (eg poor performance).
