Supervisor Premium. Any employee who fills the position of supervisor would be paid a premium of fifty (0.50) cents per hour for all hours designated by management to perform the job function of Supervisor. The fifty (0.50) cents per hour premium shall be added to eligible employee’s rate of pay for all intents and purposes included but not limited to overtime, vacation pay, general holiday pay etc.

Supervisor Premium. When an employee temporarily performs supervisory duties in a department other than nursing, the employee shall be paid a premium of seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour in addition to her regular wages for all time worked of one shift or more.

Effective July 1, 2019 amount will increase to seventy-seven cents ($0.77) per hour. Effective July 1, 2020 amount will increase to seventy-nine cents ($0.79) cents per hour. Effective October 1, 2021 amount will increase to eighty cents ($0.80) cents per hour.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.
