Subcontractor’s List. The Quote represents the Contractor’s offer to do Work, and as such, in accordance with Sections 4100 to 4114, inclusive, of the Public Contract Code of the State of California, the Contractor agrees to list, on the Subcontractor listing report, the name, business location and the California Contractor License number of each Subcontractor that will perform Work, labor or render service on the Work in excess of one-half of one percent (1/2%) of the total Quote amount.
