The DocNomads Master Course lasts for two years and offers 120 credits. The student is automatically registered in each of the three partner institutions, for the entire duration of the master course.

The Student commits himself/herself to attend the academic programme of FilmMemory starting in September 2024 having a duration of 2 academic years, 4 semesters, and offering 120 ECTS. Students will be informed about the detailed schedule of the first semester in the preparation week preceding that semester. They will be informed about the detailed schedule of the second, third and fourth semester at the end of the first, second and third semester, respectively.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS The Contractor, it’s Subcontractors, and their respective employees, shall comply fully with all applicable federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations in the performance of the services, including but not limited to those promulgated by the City and by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, STATUTES, REGULATIONS During the term of this Master Contract, unless otherwise agreed, CONTRACTOR shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, policies, executive orders and regulations.   • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.

  • Governmental Regulations Neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of the Borrower is subject to regulation under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, as amended, the Federal Power Act, as amended, or the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and neither the Borrower nor any Subsidiary of the Borrower is subject to any statute or regulation which prohibits or restricts the incurrence of Indebtedness under the Loan Documents, including, without limitation, statutes or regulations relative to common or contract carriers or to the sale of electricity, gas, steam, water, telephone, telegraph or other public utility services.

  • Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Requirements No bid will be considered unless the Contractor certifies its compliance with the Immigration reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-91 et seq. The Contractor shall execute the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, as found in Section 7 of the Construction Contract. Contractor also agrees that it will execute any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts. Any changes to the description, type of service(s), or SKU (e.g., PaaS to IaaS) must be provided to OGS via Appendix C - Contract Modification Procedure. In addition, notification must be provided to the Authorized User for review and acceptance, prior to implementation. Any changes to the Authorized User Agreement will require the Authorized User to re-assess the risk mitigation methodologies and strategies and revise the Authorized User Agreement as needed.
