Academic Board means the Academic Board of the University College established under paragraph 13;

Each year, the Academic Board, upon receipt of the report on the activities carried out by the PhD Candidate and the assessment of the academic Supervisor, decides on the admission of the PhD Candidate to the next year or to the final examination.
