Student Count. Students who are officially on a class roster on the count day are the only students that may be considered part of the teacher’s class load. Only students who are part of the regularly-attending class can be counted towards overload. Students who have been long-term suspended, expelled or withdrawn (even if their name has not been officially taken off the class list) may not be counted as overload. Students assigned to the classroom to provide assistance to the teacher (e.g., TAs) will not be included in the class counts used to calculate for overload.

Student Count. A. If the certified increased blended FTE student count from the 2012-2013 school year (3992.18 FTE) to the 2014-2015 school year is equal to, or greater than, One Hundred (100) increased FTE students (equal to or greater than 4092.18 FTE), there will be an increase to the 2015-2016 wage-scale equal to 2.5%. Thus, the base for the 2015-2016 school year would be a 0% increase/decrease from the 2012-2013 wage-scale.

Student Count. 100.0 Each school year, the RCS administration will provide the Indiana Department of Education ADM report to the REA leadership, upon request. This report will be made available to the REA leadership two working days after the report deadline mandated by the Indiana Department of Education. Information will then be taken to Discussion. Student Count. For the initial term and renewal term, the recommended number of lines and the Monthly Allotment will be based on the student count for the applicable school district.
