Storage Lockers. Storage lockers may be available on a first come/first served basis for a nominal monthly fee. Landlord makes no guarantee as to availability or security of any common storage area and assumes no liability for items misplaced, stolen, damaged or otherwise harmed. Articles left in the storage lockers after the lease expiration are subject to removal without notice or reimbursement. Landlord reserves the right to enter the storage locker and remove any contents which may pose a threat to the building or persons or are otherwise deemed noxious or offensive. Pets No uncaged pets are allowed in any apartment under any circumstances without the prior written approval of the landlord. There is a penalty of $200.00 per month per pet for any pet found on site and not under the provision of a pet lease addendum.

All personal items are to be stored in storage lockers and not left out in the gym area. Storage Lockers may only be used during the duration of each User’s workout. Landlord reserves the right to cut any Lock left on a storage locker by a User when such User is not using the Fitness Center and to discard the contents of the locker. • Classes. Self-conducted or instructor led fitness classes are strictly prohibited.
Storage Lockers. The layout of the storage lockers is subject to change without notice based upon the actual as-built conditions of the storage rooms. Storage lockers may vary in size, shape and convenience of location, and may be partially obstructed by equipment and other facilities. The storage lockers are not climate controlled and items stored in these areas may be damaged by excessive heat, cold, moisture and lack of ventilation. Buyers must provide their own locks. The storage lockers are not guaranteed against theft, vandalism or destruction of items. Seller makes no representation as to the security of the storage lockers. The Association may regulate what is stored in the storage lockers. Each owner will be responsible for any damage caused by the owner’s use of, or items stored in, a storage locker.

Residents are advised to store items within the storage unit elevated from the floor surface in the event of a water breech to the area.
Storage Lockers. Subject to availability. A locker is for storage of your office supplies, computers, clothes, etc. You will receive a private key for your use only.
Storage Lockers. At Boat Owner's request, and subject to the payment of a monthly usage fee, Marina shall make available during the term of this Agreement, to Boat Owner the use of storage lockers (“Dock Boxes”). Boat Owners shall not store any flammable, poisonous, toxic, explosive, or otherwise hazardous or dangerous materials, as determined by the Marina, in the dock box. Such materials found stored in any Dock Box are subject to immediate removal. The Marina reserves the right to terminate assignment of any dock box to the Boat Owner at any time. Boat Owners are to use only the locks provided by the Marina and to surrender the assigned key upon termination of the license agreement. Duplication of keys is not permitted and the Boat Owner is responsible for any costs associated in the event that the assigned key or lock is lost or damaged. The lock is to remain on the dock box at all times.
Storage Lockers. Storage is not included as part of your monthly rent. Tenant may secure a storage locker from Landlord under a separate “Storage Locker Agreement.” Additional rent will be due under any storage locker agreement, and that additional rent must be paid in accordance with this Agreement.
