LEASE ADDENDUM. This Lease Addendum is between you and Viasat and is separate and different from any other commitment you may have made with Viasat and is fully enforceable under these terms. If you have purchased your Equipment from Viasat's predecessor-in-interest, WildBlue Communications, Inc., these terms do not apply to you.

LEASE ADDENDUM. This Addendum is attached to and forms part of the Lease Agreement between AmberJack, Ltd., Landlord, and Integrated Information Systems, Tenant for the Leased Premises located at 2625 Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000, Xxxxx, Xx 00000.
