Steps of Discipline. A. Disciplinary action shall normally progress in the following order, unless the situation warrants starting disciplinary action at another step:
Steps of Discipline. In matters involving the disciplining of employees covered by this agreement, the Company agrees to abide by the following progressive steps of discipline: First offense: Documented verbal counseling. Second offense: Written memorandum of counseling. Third offense: Disciplinary suspension not to exceed five (5) days and may result in termination.
