Step One - Formal Resolution. In the event the grievance is not resolved at the informal level, the aggrieved employee shall present the grievance directly to the employee’s immediate supervisor in writing within ten (10) working days of the informal meeting with a copy of the grievance to the Director of Human Resources or designee. Within ten (10) working days after receipt of the grievance, the immediate supervisor shall hold a meeting at which the grievant shall be present to discuss and seek to resolve the grievance. If the grievance is not satisfactorily adjusted after the meeting, the immediate supervisor, within ten (10) working days after the meeting, shall reduce to writing his/her response to the grievance.

  • Formal Resolution 1. Service Provider or TJJD staff who wish to submit problems for resolution may do so in writing, including all relevant information and a recommended resolution (Statement of Problem).
