Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. Standard Terms and Conditions. A. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties, and it supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Standard Terms and Conditions. The City of Flagstaff Standard Terms and Conditions, attached hereto as Exhibit B, are hereby incorporated into this Contract by reference and shall apply to performance of this Contract, except to the extent modified in Exhibit B.
