In this Section, "original signature" means a manually signed document by a natural person, as opposed to an electronic signature, and "Facsimile Signature" means the signature of a natural person produced by mechanical means, printer or stamp.
The Loan Documents may be executed by Facsimile Signature and delivered by electronic means, including a PDF (or other format) attachment to an email or fax.
However, Lxxxxx's failure to request or Bxxxxxxx's failure to deliver any original signature confirmation will not limit the effectiveness of any Loan Document executed by Facsimile Signature.
Lender may require that any Loan Document with a Facsimile Signature be confirmed by an original signature.
