Quality Assurance Plan. The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.
Quality Assurance Plan. The County will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures as defined in the Contract, Section 8.0 - Standard Terms and Conditions, Sub-section 8.17 - County’s Quality Assurance Plan.
Quality Assurance Plan. Without derogating from the Technical Specifications, within 30 (thirty) days from the POD, Supplier shall prepare and submit to ISR for approval a Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP") covering all quality assurance activities to be performed under this Agreement and/or the Technical Specifications, including a time schedule for each activity. The QAP shall be based on the requirements of the Technical Specifications. Such list after approved by ISR shall be annexed as Annex M to this Agreement.
Quality Assurance Plan. The Carrier must demonstrate that a statistically valid sampling technique is routinely used prior to or after processing to randomly sample FEHB claims against Carrier quality assurance/fraud and abuse prevention standards.
Quality Assurance Plan. Prior to the date hereof, Contractor shall have prepared and attached in Appendix K hereto the Quality Assurance Plan, which will be revised in accordance with any comments relating thereto received by Owner from the Utility (to the extent such comments are consistent with Prudent Utility Practices). Contractor shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Plan in order to ensure that the construction and engineering methods and standards required to be employed by Contractor hereunder are achieved.
Quality Assurance Plan. The COUNTY or its agent will evaluate the CONTRACTOR’S performance under this contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing CONTRACTOR’S compliance with all contract terms and performance standards. CONTRACTOR’S deficiencies which COUNTY determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, COUNTY may terminate this contract or impose other penalties as specified in this contract. The COUNTY will evaluate the CONTRACTOR'S performance under this contract using the quality assurance procedures specified in Exhibit N, “Performance Requirements Summary”, or other such procedures as may be necessary to ascertain CONTRACTOR compliance with this contract.
Quality Assurance Plan. 2.13.2.1 The Contractor shall provide to CMS and the Department a written description of its Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for the provision of clinical services (e.g., medical, medically related services, care coordination, Care Management, Disease Management, and behavioral health services). This written description must meet federal and State requirements:
Quality Assurance Plan. The quality assurance plan shall include regulating procedures, methods and processes used to ensure compliance with the Technical Specifications detailed in Annex A and shall be documented, subject to the review and approval of ISR. The program shall be executed such that an acceptable level of quality of the supplied equipment is provided. The program shall conform to ISO 9001 standard. The concept of total quality assurance shall be based on the principle that quality is a basic responsibility of each segment of the Supplier's organization and shall be evidenced by:
Quality Assurance Plan. Policies and procedures for monitoring and obtaining feedback from clients and healthcare providers on the quality of the transportation services provided. The quality assurance plan shall include, but not be limited to, driver expectations, vehicle safety, and customer service.
Quality Assurance Plan. The COUNTY will evaluate the CONTRACTOR’s performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures as defined in Sub-paragraph 8.16 (County’s Quality Assurance Plan) of the Contract.
