Quality Assurance Plan. The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

Quality Assurance Plan. The County will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures as defined in the Contract, Section 8.0 - Standard Terms and Conditions, Sub-section 8.17 - County’s Quality Assurance Plan.
Quality Assurance Plan. Without derogating from the Technical Specifications, within 30 (thirty) days from the POD, Supplier shall prepare and submit to ISR for approval a Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP") covering all quality assurance activities to be performed under this Agreement and/or the Technical Specifications, including a time schedule for each activity. The QAP shall be based on the requirements of the Technical Specifications. Such list after approved by ISR shall be annexed as Annex M to this Agreement.

If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, COUNTY may terminate this contract or impose other penalties as specified in this contract. The COUNTY will evaluate the CONTRACTOR'S performance under this contract using the quality assurance procedures specified in Exhibit N, “Performance Requirements Summary”, or other such procedures as may be necessary to ascertain CONTRACTOR compliance with this contract.
