Sick Leave. 15.01 25.01 Sick leave means the period of time an employee is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by virtue of being sick or disabled disabled, exposed to a contagious disease (as defined by the Public Health Officer), or because of an accident for which compensation is not payable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.

Sick leave is not available for use for an accident illness, injury or disability covered by The Workers’ Compensation Act or for which compensation is not payable income replacement benefits are paid under the Workplace Safety and The Automobile Accident Insurance Act.

Sick Leave. 15.01 16.1 Sick leave leave, for purposes of this Article, means the that period of time an employee is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by virtue of being sick or disabled disabled, or under examination or treatment of a physician, chiropractor or dentist, nurse practitioner or because of an accident or illness for which compensation is not payable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance The Saskatchewan Employment Act, or because they have to care for a dependent who is sick or needs treatment.

Sick Leave. 15.01 28:01 Sick leave Leave means the period of time an employee is permitted to be absent from work with full pay by virtue of being sick or disabled sick, disabled, quarantined, or because of an a non-work related accident for which compensation is not payable covered under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act.
