Settlement Website. Within seven (7) days after Preliminary Approval, Notice shall be provided on a website at xxx.XxxxxxxxxxXxxxxxxXxxxxxxxx.xxx, which shall be administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator and shall include the ability to file Claim Forms online. The Notice provided on the Settlement Website shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit F hereto.
Settlement Website. Prior to the dissemination of the Short Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website, that will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information. The Settlement Website shall include, in .pdf format and available for download, the following: (i) the Long Notice; (ii) the Claim Form;
Settlement Website. By the deadline for disseminating the Class Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish and maintain the Settlement Website, which, among other things, (i) enables Settlement Class Members to submit a claim and access and download the Settlement Claim Form; (ii) provides contact information for Class Counsel, and (iii) provides access to relevant documents. Such documents shall include this Agreement and Class Notice; the Preliminary Approval Order; the Complaint; and, when filed, the Order of Final Approval. The Class Notice shall include the address (URL) of xxx.XxxxxXXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for the Settlement Website. The Claims Administrator shall maintain the Settlement Website until at least 45 days following the mailing of settlement checks to the Settlement Class Members.
Settlement Website. Within ten (10) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Notice shall be provided on a website at an available URL (such as, for example, xxx.XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxXXX.xxx) which shall be obtained, administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator and shall include the ability to file Claim Forms online, provided that such Claim Forms, if signed electronically, will be binding for purposes of applicable law and contain a statement to that effect. The Notice provided on the Settlement Website shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto.
Settlement Website. A website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator for the purpose of providing the Settlement Class with notice of the proposed settlement. This website will allow Settlement Class Members to submit Claims and opt-out of the Agreement.
Settlement Website. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and no later than the first date that the e-mailing or the mailing of the Notice occurs, or as may be extended by the Court on application of the Parties, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a website containing the Notice and this Agreement and its exhibits (the “Settlement Website”). The Notice will identify the web address of the Settlement Website.
Settlement Website. No later than the posting of the Mail Notice, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a secure Settlement Website which shall contain the Website Notice, in a form substantially similar to Exhibit C, copies of the Settlement Agreement and Exhibits, and the Mail Notice. The Settlement Website shall also contain Instructions, a Class Action Claim Online Form, and a sample Request for Exclusion Form (per Court’s Order). The Settlement Website shall have a Uniform Resource Locator which identifies the Settlement Website as xxx.XxxxXxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Settlement Website. The Settlement Administrator shall establish and maintain a Settlement Website that shall be made publicly available no later than twenty-one (21) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, which shall be maintained until the conclusion of the Notice Period.
Settlement Website. The claims administrator will post the Full Notice on an Internet website (“Internet Posting”) specifically created for the settlement of this Action. The Full Notice will be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit B. The Internet Posting will also contain the Claim Form, Complaint, Settlement Agreement, and Preliminary Approval Order. Within seven (7) court days of when Class Counsel files a motion for attorneys’ fees and costs, the Internet Posting will also post the fees and costs motion. The Internet Posting shall be operative starting on or before sixty (60) calendar days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order. The Internet Posting shall remain active at least until the Final Settlement Date.
Settlement Website. Prior to the commencement of the Email, Postcard, and Internet Notice, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a settlement website capable of providing generalized information, including this Agreement, applicable deadlines, the identity of Settlement Class Counsel, the Long Form Notice, the Preliminary Approval Order, FAQs, and the Claim Form. The website shall be maintained by the Settlement Administrator until after both the hearing on the final approval of this Agreement and the expiration of the Claims Period.
