Short Notice means the short notice of the proposed class action settlement, substantially in the form as shown in Exhibit D to this Settlement Agreement. The Short Notice will direct recipients to the Settlement Website where recipients may view, inter alia, the Long Notice and make a claim for monetary relief. The Short Notice will also inform Class Members, inter alia, of the Claims Deadline, the Opt-Out Date and Objection Date, and the date of the Final Fairness Hearing (as defined below).

The Settlement Website shall include hyperlinks to the Settlement, Short Notice, Long Notice, Claim Form, signed Preliminary Approval Order, and other important case documents.
