Common use of SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR Clause in Contracts

SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall provide to the DISTRICT on the terms set forth herein all the services articulated in the CONTRACTOR’s proposal which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT “A” (the “CONTRACTOR’s WORK PLAN”). In the event of a discrepancy, inconsistency, or other difference between the terms of the CONTRACTOR’s WORK PLAN with this AGREEMENT, the PARTIES agree that the terms of this AGREEMENT shall govern and be controlling.
