Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. VERIZON shall include all SPRINT NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for VERIZON’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. SPRINT’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as VERIZON’s NXX information. In addition, when SPRINT is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINT’s request, VERIZON shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINT’s critical contact information for SPRINT’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINT, and such other essential local service oriented information as agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier in accordance with VERIZON’s generally applicable policies. SPRINT shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to VERIZON by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

VERIZON Verizon shall include all SPRINT Reconex NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for VERIZONVerizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. SPRINTReconex’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as VERIZONVerizon’s NXX information. In addition, when SPRINT Reconex is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINTReconex’s request, VERIZON Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINTReconex’s critical contact information for SPRINTReconex’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINTReconex, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with VERIZONVerizon’s generally applicable policies. SPRINT Reconex shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to VERIZON Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when SPRINT SBCT is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINTSBCT’s request, VERIZON Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINTSBCT’s critical contact information for SPRINTSBCT’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINTSBCT, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when SPRINT Budget Phone is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINTBudget Phone’s request, VERIZON Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINTBudget Phone’s critical contact information for SPRINTBudget Phone’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINTBudget Phone, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. In addition, when SPRINT Intrado is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINTIntrado’s request, VERIZON Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINT**CLEC’s critical contact information for SPRINTIntrado’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINTIntrado, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with VERIZONVerizon’s generally applicable policies. SPRINT Intrado shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to VERIZON Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when SPRINT ECSI is authorized to, and is offering, local service to end users Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at SPRINTECSI’s request, VERIZON Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, SPRINTECSI’s critical contact information for SPRINTECSI’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by SPRINTECSI, and such other essential local service oriented information as is agreed to in writing by the Parties.
