Common use of Service Information Pages Clause in Contracts

Service Information Pages. Verizon shall include all VarTec NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTec’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTec’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s critical contact information for VarTec’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTec. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon shall include all VarTec MLTC NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. In addition, when VarTec MLTC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecMLTC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecMLTC’s critical contact information for VarTecMLTC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecMLTC. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec MLTC shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec Synergem shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec DSLnet is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecDSLnet’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecDSLnet’s critical contact information for VarTecDSLnet’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecDSLnet. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec DSLnet shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec Ygnition is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecYgnition’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecYgnition’s critical contact information for VarTecYgnition’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecYgnition. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. In addition, when VarTec Threshold is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecThreshold’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecThreshold’s critical contact information for VarTecThreshold’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecThreshold. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec Threshold shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec GCTC is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecGCTC’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecGCTC’s critical contact information for VarTecGCTC’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecGCTC. In addition, when VarTec dishNet is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecdishNet’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecdishNet’s critical contact information for VarTecdishNet’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecdishNet. In addition, when VarTec Hello Depot is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecHello Depot’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecHello Depot’s critical contact information for VarTecHello Depot’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecHello Depot. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec Hello Depot shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec D-Max shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec McGraw is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecMcGraw’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTec’s XxXxxx’x critical contact information for VarTec’s XxXxxx’x installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecXxXxxx. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec XxXxxx shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec First Comm is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecFirst Comm’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecFirst Comm’s critical contact information for VarTecFirst Comm’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecFirst Comm. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec First Comm shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

In addition, when VarTec Xxxxx Journal is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecXxxxx Journal’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “Customer Guide” or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecXxxxx Journal’s critical contact information for VarTecXxxxx Journal’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecXxxxx Journal. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec Xxxxx Journal shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.

Verizon shall include all VarTec Cinergy NXX codes associated with the geographic areas to which each directory pertains, to the extent it does so for Verizon’s own NXX codes, in any lists of such codes that are contained in the general reference portion of each directory. VarTecCinergy’s NXX codes shall appear in such lists in the same manner as Verizon’s NXX information. In addition, when VarTec Cinergy is authorized to, and is offering, local service to Customers located within the geographic area covered by a specific directory, at VarTecCinergy’s request, Verizon shall include, at no charge, in the “"Customer Guide” " or comparable section of the applicable alphabetical directories, VarTecCinergy’s critical contact information for VarTecCinergy’s installation, repair and Customer service, as provided by VarTecCinergy. Such critical contact information shall appear alphabetically by local exchange carrier and in accordance with Verizon’s generally applicable policies. VarTec Cinergy shall be responsible for providing the necessary information to Verizon by the applicable close date for each affected directory.
