Sensitivity Training. Contractor shall ensure that all personnel who interact with SPD beneficiaries, as well as those who may potentially interact with SPD beneficiaries, and any other staff deemed appropriate by Contractor or DHCS, shall receive sensitivity training.

Sensitivity Training. 20 Sensitivity training will be provided by CONTRACTOR to drivers 21 regarding unique, non-emergency medical issues that may arise with YOUTH 22 served under this Agreement. CONTRACTOR may utilize quality control managers 23 and/or medical staff from local specialty transportation companies and/or 24 medical facilities to deliver this training. Sensitivity Training. The insurer shall reimburse 85% of the outside costs of training, re-education, awareness or other discrimination prevention programmes that the insured is obligated to institute by reason of a judgment (or, where applicable, any settlement) or arbitration award for liability on account of a claim for an employment practices wrongful act, for up to two years after such judgment, award or settlement.   • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Cybersecurity Training A. Contractor represents and warrants that it will comply with the requirements of Section 2054.5192 of the Texas Government Code relating to cybersecurity training and required verification of completion of the training program.

The City will use its best efforts to provide Local 21 represented employees with up to forty (40) hours of paid time off for job-related training and/or professional development, which shall include one day of professional development of an employee’s choice, not to be unreasonably denied. Such time may include departmental-sponsored training and/or professional development; DHR sponsored training and/or professional development; and/or outside training and/or professional development approved by appointing officer or designee. The foregoing includes but is not limited to mandatory continuing education and/or training requirements.

  • Health and Safety Training Regular employees and auxiliary employees in posted positions shall participate in a Health and Safety Training session once in a calendar year. The training program offered by the Employer must be approved by the joint Health and Safety Committee prior to such training commencing.
