Common use of Seller's Documents Clause in Contracts

Seller's Documents. Seller, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Purchaser on the Closing Date the following documents in connection with the transfer, assignment and conveyance of the Properties:
