SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. A. All personnel assigned by Seller to perform Services hereunder shall be capable of perform- ing such Services and will be qualified in accor- dance with the classifications assigned, or equivalent. If Buyer objects to the qualifications of Seller’s personnel, Xxxxxx agrees to withdraw and replace immediately any personnel that Xxxxx deems unacceptable, even though such personnel have been approved previously by Buyer. If Xxxxxx’s personnel, who are acceptable to Xxxxx, resign or discontinue employment for any reason, Seller shall immediately replace such personnel without additional cost to Buyer. Seller shall ensure that each person assigned to perform Services under this Order is qualified in accor- dance with the classifications assigned, if any, and possesses the items of personal equipment, if any, specified for the Services to be performed.
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. The District shall hire teachers for summer school. Where a qualified District 205 teacher is available, that teacher shall be hired subject to the following. Only District 205 teachers meeting ISBE licensure requirements for the position will be considered. The principal and the summer school director, subject to the approval of the Superintendent, shall select the summer school staff with the aid of the District’s then current sequence of honorable dismissal list (i.e. the District’s “RIF” list) with the inclusion of seniority in groups 3 and 4 as defined in Article 15 of this agreement:
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. The principal or his/her designee shall make recommendations to the District Administration for appointment of professional personnel to their building. All such personnel are directly responsible to the principal or his/her designee. However, custodial personnel shall be jointly responsible to the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and the Building Administrator.
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. The selection and assignment of the Service Provider personnel needed to perform the Services to be provided to the Company under this Agreement will be solely determined by the Service Provider. It is understood and agreed that the Service Provider personnel performing such Services will, in the Service Provider’s good faith judgment, meet the job or position qualifications normally required for the functions to be performed by such personnel.
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. Section 10.1 In selecting personnel for regular positions, the Department will abide by the rules and regulations set forth in Chapters 1.12 and 1.24 of the Tacoma Municipal Code.

Except to the extent provided otherwise in this Agreement, it is agreed that the City Manager shall designate persons to carry out the City's obligations as set forth hereinafter under this Agreement and the County Manager shall designate persons to carry out the County's obligations as set forth hereinafter under this Agreement.

SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. Bio-Vascular will be solely responsible for selecting and assigning personnel to perform Services, and will instruct such personnel to perform Services in a timely, efficient and competent manner. Vital Images will have the right to request that Bio-Vascular replace personnel who do not perform the Services properly and in accordance with reasonable technical or general work standards.
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. The selection of personnel to staff a building shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent. Maintaining the quality of the educational program will be the primary consideration followed by the Superintendent in determining staff assignments. The interests and aspirations of the individual certified staff member shall be considered in all transfers. If such a request is denied, he/she shall be given written reasons for said denial. Whenever a choice must be made between two (2) or more certified staff members of equal skill, ability, competency, and qualifications, the certified staff member with the greater amount of full-time continuous service in the District will be selected.
SELECTION OF PERSONNEL. After Service Provider selects candidates for the Development Team, Client may conduct its own interview of a candidate. Service Provider will exercise reasonable efforts to ensure that the Development Team consists of candidates approved by Client, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, and provided that such approval (or lack thereof) does not result in a violation of any applicable employment or discrimination laws, rule or regulations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Service Provider makes no guarantees that any Development Team Member will remain a member thereof. If Service Provider’s relationship with any member of the Development Team ends for any or no reason, Service Provider will use good faith, reasonable efforts to contract with a suitable replacement within 90 days of such relationship ending, and such occurrence will not be considered a breach of this Agreement by Service Provider. Client shall have the right to request in writing that any Development Team Member cease performing services to Client at any time, provided that if Client makes such request more than ninety (90) days after such Development Team Member’s commencement of such services, Client shall pay to Service Provider the Severance Fee set forth in the Order Form for such Development Team Member in the amount of the Payroll Fee (as defined in the Order Form) multiplied by the number of months employed and divided by twelve, pro-rated if applicable. If Client requests in writing to stop receiving services from a specific Development Team Member, Service Provider will ensure that such member ceases performing work for the Client, provided that this decision does not result in a violation of any applicable employment or discrimination laws, rules or regulations. Client may, for the purpose of granting a Development Team Member options or other awards under Client’s equity incentive plan, and the terms in Exhibit A below shall apply to any such direct relationship.
