Common use of Section 6.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 6.2. 46 Visitation rights shall be granted to the designated representative of the Public School Employees of 47 Washington to visit with employees in the appropriate bargaining units for purposes of grievance 1 procedures and/or general information data, as long as it does not disrupt normal school activities. The 2 visiting delegate shall notify the Building Principal of his/her arrival.

The 2 visiting delegate shall notify the Building Principal District of his/his or her arrivalarrival at least 12 twenty-four (24) hours in advance if possible.
