Common use of Section 5.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.2. 11 It is further agreed and understood that the District will consult with the Association and meet with the 12 Association upon its request and at a time mutually agreeable to both parties in the formulation of any 13 changes being considered in existing wages, benefits, or procedures.
