Common use of Section 4.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.3. 41 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the units subject to this 42 Agreement, shall describe to the employee his rights under the Public Employees Collective 43 Bargaining Act of 1967 and subsequent amendments thereto. 44

Section 4.3. 41 26 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the units unit subject to this 42 27 Agreement, shall will describe to the employee his employee’s rights under the Public Employees Collective 43 Bargaining Act of 1967 28 Agreement and subsequent amendments thereto. 44, and will provide such employee with a copy of this 29 Agreement to be furnished the District by the Association.
