Section 15.3. 34 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution of the 35 Agreement if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the case of retroactive 36 pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, such retroactive pay shall be paid on the first 37 regular payday following the agreement on such schedule, if possible, and in any case not later than the 38 second regular payday.
