Common use of Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received this Second Amendment, duly executed and delivered by the Administrative Agent, Holdings and the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agenteach Lender providing a term loan hereto.

Second Amendment. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Second Amendment, duly Amendment executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Required Lenders and the on behalf of Administrative Agent, each Loan Party and each Lender.
