Salary and Fringe Benefits. The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload. The employee shall retain all other rights and benefits enjoyed by full-time members of the unit.

Salary and Fringe Benefits. Part-time teachers will receive a prorated portion of the salary they would be eligible to receive if they were working full-time, pursuant to state minimum standards and the Master Agreement. This pro-ration shall be calculated as follows:
