Rules of Arbitration. A. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the Union's notice of its intent to arbitrate a grievance, the Union shall call upon the Board of Personnel Appeals for a list of five (5) potential arbitrators. The Union will provide the Employer with a simultaneous copy of the arbitration panel request.
