ROLE OF THE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The committee is to provide advice, make recommendations, provide information and ensure proper consultation occurs on matters relating to the terms of reference in an endeavour to achieve the objectives as stated above.

ROLE OF THE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The Huhtamaki Australia Limited Consultative Committee shall be responsible for the full implementation of this Agreement.
ROLE OF THE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The role of the Consultative Committee is to act as a committee of review of the working arrangements, working relationship, operational issues and key performance indicators of the WA EQS Workshop. The Consultative Committee’s role is to discuss, evaluate and contribute to improved operating and performance in the work groups in the EQS Workshop.
ROLE OF THE CONSULTATIVE COMMITTEE. The Consultative Committee shall have a continuing role during the life of this Agreement. Meetings of the Committee will occur as required, but as a minimum, quarterly. The membership of the Committee should, as a minimum, consist of the following personnel: • Representatives from Management of Swan Hill Rural City Council. • Union delegates of the organisation. • Other elected Staff Representatives, and • A representative of Council’s workforce based in Robinvale, where possible. A process for election of staff representatives will be developed by the Consultative Committee It is recognised that in the interest of equity, there should be equal numbers of Management and non-Management representation on the Committee. However, this may be varied by agreement. In the interest of ensuring effective meetings, total membership of the Committee shall be limited to eight. The role of the Committee shall encompass:-

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Joint Consultation Committee a) A committee known as the Joint Consultation Committee shall be established by the parties.

  • UNION MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION COMMITTEE 28.00 The Union and the Employer agree to establish/maintain a Union Management Consultation Committee which shall be comprised of two (2) representatives of the Local Union and two (2) representatives of the Employer. A person designated by the Union and the Employer shall alternate as the Chairperson.

  • Scope of the Committee The Committee shall not have the power to bind the Union or its members, or the Employer to any decision or conclusion reached in discussion. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over any matter contained in this Collective Agreement, including its administration or renegotiation. The Committee shall not supersede the activities of any other committee of the Union or of the Employer.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • TRANSITION COMMITTEE 8.1.0 A transition committee comprised of the employee representatives and the employer representatives, including the Crown, will be established by January 31, 2016 to address all matters that may arise in the creation of the Trust.
