Rentable Square Footage. Is the calculated useable square footage plus a percentage of the common area of the building. The total of the two equal rentable square footage. Formula: Expansion Space, Suite #103 1,283 useable square feet + 15% Load Factor =1,475 rentable square feet Note: The actual common area square footage exceeds the 15% Load Factor of the Lease. Rentable Square Footage. The rentable area of Premises and the Building are agreed to be the numbers of square feet respectively specified in the Basic Lease Information.

Rentable Square Footage. The Subleased Premises are expanded to include the Expansion Space. Accordingly, the last sentence of Section 1 of the Sublease is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “The parties hereto agree to the rentable square footage of the Subleased Premised is 28,650, and such rentable square footage, and any of the economic terms hereof based thereon, shall not be adjusted based on further re-measurement.”
Rentable Square Footage. Within ninety (90) days after the Commencement Date of this Lease, Landlord shall cause its architect to compute (with copy to Tenant) the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises and the Project to be computed in accordance with American National Standard Z65.1-1996 Method of Measuring Floor Space in Office Buildings as published by the Building Owners and Managers Association, as amended from time to time, and this Lease shall be deemed amended to incorporate such measurement.
Rentable Square Footage. The term “Rentable Area” as set forth in Section 2 and as referenced within the Work Letter attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and as may otherwise be referenced within this Lease shall be adjusted after being calculated in accordance with the 1996 Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings as adopted by the Building Owners and Managers Association. The calculation shall be based upon the Approved Tenant Plans, as defined in Section 3.2 of the Work Letter, and shall be made by Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx Architects as Tenant’s architect. In addition to the Premises, the Rentable Area shall include any interior shipping and receiving area and storage area utilized by Tenant. After finalization of the calculation of the Rentable Area, Section 2 of the Lease shall be adjusted as to Rentable Area and Tenants Pro Rata Share of Operating Expenses, if necessary.
