Party A shall assist Party B in obtaining relevant examinations and approval.

Relevant Requirements. Supplier shall, and shall procure that persons associated with it or persons who are performing Services, or providing Products in connection with the Contract, shall: (a) comply with all Applicable Laws relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption (“Relevant Requirements”), including but not limited to: (i) the UK Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000; (ii) the Foreign Corrupt Practices Xxx 0000; and (iii) the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, signed in Paris on December 17, 1997, which entered into force on February 15, 1999, and the Convention’s Commentaries;
Relevant Requirements. Notwithstanding anything else herein contained, the Agents may refrain without liability from doing anything that would or might in its opinion be contrary to any law of any state or jurisdiction which is applicable to the Agent or its operations (including but not limited to the United States of America or any jurisdiction forming a part of it and England and Wales) or any directive or regulation of any agency of any such state or jurisdiction and may without liability do anything which is, in its opinion, necessary to comply with any such law, directive or regulation.   • Payment Requirements ‌ If funding levels are significantly affected by state or federal budget and funds are not allocated and available for the continuance of the function performed by Subrecipient, the Contract may be terminated by the County at the end of the period for which funds are available. The County shall notify Subrecipient at the earliest possible time of any service, which will or may be affected by a shortage of funds. No penalty shall accrue to the County in the event this provision is exercised and the County shall not be obligated nor liable for any damages as a result of termination under this provision of this Contract, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the County to expend or as involving the County in any Contract or other obligation for future payment of money in excess of appropriations authorized by law.
