Common use of Release on Payment in Full Clause in Contracts

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the Collateral.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Mortgage on the CollateralProperty.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Mortgage on the CollateralProperty. Borrower shall pay to Lender all reasonable administrative and legal costs incurred in connection with such release.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreementthereof, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the CollateralMortgages if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Release on Payment in Full. (a) Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Agreements on the CollateralCollateral or assign the Note and the Pledge Agreements, each without recourse, or covenant, representation or warranty of any nature, express or implied, to a new lender designated by Borrowers.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on or the CollateralCollateral not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal of and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions conditions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the Collateraland remit any remaining Reserve Funds to Borrower.

Release on Payment in Full. Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents Documents, including, without limitation, the Exit Fee, in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, (i) release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Agreements and any other Loan Documents on the Collateral, and (ii) terminate the other Loan Documents.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and accrued interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the CollateralMortgage.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this AgreementAgreement (other than reimbursement, indemnity or similar obligations that survive the repayment of the Loan for which no claim has been made), release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the CollateralSecurity Instrument.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this Agreement, (i) release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement Agreements and the Mortgages on the Collateral, and (ii) terminate the other Loan Documents.

Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of BorrowerBorrowers, upon (a) payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms thereof and provisions (b) termination of the Note and this AgreementCommitment, release the Lien Properties from the Liens of the Pledge Agreement on Mortgages and the Collateralother Loan Documents if not theretofore released.

Release on Payment in Full. Lender shall, upon the written request and at the expense of Borrower, upon payment in full of all principal and interest due on the Loan and all other amounts due and payable under the Loan Documents in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and this AgreementAgreement , release the Lien of the Pledge Agreement on the Collateral.
