Rectification Period. (a) Subject to clause 26.3(b), if the Event of Default is a default referred to in clause 26.1(b), (c) or (d), upon receipt of the Default Notice, the defaulting party will have 7 Days to rectify the Event of Default (Rectification Period).
Rectification Period. (a) The events of default in Subsections 8.01 c), d) and e) (with respect tothe Land Trust ceasing its activities or substantially changing the nature of its business) and 8.01 f) shall only be considered events of default if the Land Trust has been notified in writing by NCC of the alleged default and the Land Trust has not rectified the default within thirty (30) days of written notice thereof.

Where NCC is concerned about the probability of imminent default as outlined in the Subsection 8.02 (a), of this Agreement, NCC will notify the Land Trust in writing and the two Parties will discuss the concerns, with the Land Trust rectifying any default within thirty (30) days of written notice thereof.
Rectification Period. The period mutually agreed upon as described in Clause 23.5 for rectifying the Event of Default to the mutual satisfaction of all the Parties shall be called the Rectification Period.

Rectification Period. All services shall be rendered strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the Contract. No deviation from such conditions shall be made without BCPL’S agreement in writing which must be obtained before any work against the order is commenced. All services rendered by Consultant pursuant to the Contract (irrespective of whether engineering, design data or other information has been furnished, reviewed or approved by BCPL) are guaranteed to be of the best quality of their respective kinds. Rectification Period. The Supplier and the Company will use all reasonable endeavours to agree the Level 2 Rectification Period and the Level 2 Required Action. If the Level 2 Required Action is taken within the agreed Level 2 Rectification Period then the Non-Conformance will be considered resolved. However, a record of the Non-Conformance will be made and Level 2 trends monitored.
