Records Retention. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain copies of Review Materials, Review Reports and internal work papers and correspondence (collectively the “Client Records”) for a period of two years after the termination of this Agreement. At the expiration of the retention period, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall return all Client Records to the Servicer, in electronic format or, to the extent held in tangible form, in that form. Upon the return of the Client Records, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall have no obligation to retain such Client Records or to respond to inquiries concerning any Asset Review.

Records Retention. PROVIDER will preserve all contracting information, as defined under Texas Government Code, Section 552.003 (7), related to the Agreement for the duration of the Agreement and for seven years after the conclusion of the Agreement.
Records Retention. The School shall comply with all applicable federal and State record keeping requirements. As a State entity, the School shall comply with the policies and guidelines of the Department of Accounting and General Services, Archives Division, Records Management Branch, with regard to the retention and disposal of government records.
Records Retention. The Respondent shall retain all financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and any other records or books relating to the performances called for in the Contract. The Respondent shall retain all such records for a period of four (4) years after the expiration of the Contract, or until the CPA or State Auditor's Office is satisfied that all audit and litigation matters are resolved, whichever period is longer. The Respondent shall grant access to all books, records and documents pertinent to the Contract to the CPA, the State Auditor of Texas, and any federal governmental entity that has authority to review records due to federal funds being spent under the Contract. Should a conflict arise between any of the contract documents, it shall be resolved with the following order of precedence (if applicable). In any event, the final negotiated contract shall take precedence over any and all contract documents to the extent of such conflict.

Records Retention. All records relevant to this Agreement shall be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. This retention period runs from the date of payment for the relevant goods or services by TFC, or from the date of termination of the Agreement, whichever is later. Retention time shall be extended when an audit is scheduled or in progress for a period reasonably necessary to complete an audit and/or to complete any administrative proceeding or litigation which may ensue.

The description must include information on the steps the LEA proposes to take to permit students, teachers, and other program beneficiaries to overcome barriers (including barriers based on gender, race, color, national origin, disability, and age) that impede equal access to, or participation in, the program. ● The LEA will administer ARP XXXXX funds in accordance with all applicable statutes, regulations, program plans, and applications; ● The control of funds provided to the LEA, and title to property acquired with those funds, will be in a public agency and that a public agency will administer those funds and property; ● The LEA will use fiscal control and fund accounting procedures that will ensure proper disbursement of, and accounting for, ARP XXXXX funds paid to that agency; ● The LEA will make reports to the governor and to the U.S. Secretary of Education as may reasonably be necessary to enable the governor and the Secretary to perform their duties and that the local educational agency will maintain such records, including the records required under section 443, and provide access to those records, as the governor or the Secretary deem necessary to perform their duties; ● The LEA will provide reasonable opportunities for the participation by teachers, parents, and other interested agencies, organizations, and individuals in the planning for and operation of ARP XXXXX fund expenditures; ● Any application, evaluation, periodic program plan or report relating to ARP XXXXX will be made readily available to parents and other membe...
